Last Minute Tickets?

I am going to Moline and have no tickets so I was hoping people here have experience getting last minute tickets. I would like to get lower level and right now the prices on Stubhub are like $300-400+ for side stage and occasionally I can find them across from the stage for $200-$250, which I am ok spending since I don't get to many shows when I do, I am never anywhere close to the stage. Just by the size of i Wireless center, I will probably be closer than I have ever been before even with the worst seat in the house lol.
My question is, do I get these tickets in the $200-250 range now, or do I wait until tomorrow. Will prices start to drop in the morning or only until closer to the show? Will scalpers be even more reasonably priced closer to the show? If I buy them on Stubhub really close to show time, I can just use my phone as both tickets right? So no printing. What about ticketmaster/ venue box office?
Basically any advice or experiences people can share that have been in this situation or know more than I do, it would be greatly appreciated!
