All this talk has started to really get me going. Man I can't wait now. I think I'll listen to the St. Louis 2010 show tomorrow. "Any body got some Fabreze? I'm smelling a little Teen Spirit up here." (EV Stl 2010)

I'm so pumped for so many different reasons. First time in St. Louis and it's a city I've always wanted to visit. Can't wait to tear into some Bogart's ribs. First time my wife and I are going away since our son was born last November. Did I mention a packed house to see my favorite band in the world on a Friday night?! The crowd should be insane. Gonna be one hell of a weekend.

Suggestions for a sports bar or other good place to watch games on Thursday night, near Busch Stadium? (Within a mile or two would be fine).

In that same general area, what is the can't-miss place for STL BBQ?

Been reading all the good suggestions, and must-do's... greatly appreciated. I'm staying across from Scottrade, and was wondering if anyone could recommend 2 or 3am bars within reasonable walking distance. So far, all I'm coming up with is a joint called "The Side Bar".

My vote is for Pappy's bbq everytime. Close to the 2 mile mark from the stadium. Bogarts is Good too, but Pappy's tops it out for food and general atmosphere in my opinion. You have to get the ribs !!

Take the metrolink...It is located inside the airport....Yes, it will be much cheaper taking the metrolink....If you do take metrolink?..Make sure to keep your ticket with you...Sometimes they have random checks...

    Drury Inn
    From MetroLink:
One block (located west of Union Station on 20th St)
Go up the stairs and enter Union Station parking lot
Walk towards and past Hard Rock Cafe
Continue walking past Landry's Seafood House
    Hotel entrance on 20th St

Damn! Don't want rain. Wash is o.k. though.

    RAIN usually means RELEASE...
    Indianapolis '10
    PJ20 Night 1
    Wrigley

But these were all outdoor shows,
    so WHO knows!!
I'd be happy with either one

Rain falls from the sky, drains into the Mississippi River, empties into the Gulf of Mexico, which is connected to the Atlantic Ocean...

    Oceans as the opener, confirmed!
