    I don't like it. I'm not a fan of selfies... especially doing it on stage. You are there to put on a concert, not take a picture of yourself. Yes, it only takes 5 seconds, but there is some kinda of vanity nerve it hits with me..

    I was at a concert where the lead singer took selfies for an entire song. Probably 40 or 50 pictures.. I guess I have just been put off by it.

    I'd agree with you if it was Ed's phone, but it was a fan and that picture will probably stay on their phone for awhile.

    I agree 100% w/ you Frankie. I'm certainly happy for the guy who owns the phone, my issue is every upcoming show someone up near the front is going to try and get Ed to see their phone.

    I'm not talking a person recording a tune, I'm saying waving the thing.

    I think some people are way over thinking this selfie, lol!

    (Although I do feel like eddie was at least partly giving the finger to the owner of the phone... just seems like that to me via my own imagination, and it does seem like something he'd do ..... i obviously have no real idea! Either way, it's just a random funny moment - let's not delve too deeply into it, hahaha). ;)

    Hilarious reading the opinions of people not at the show. They took the selfie after Ghost, Ed saying he fucked up part of the song so he is taking the selfie. Jeff then says he also fucked up so he joined in. Its a bit of fun. Chill people!

    Exactly. No need to over analyse this. Having seen them multiple times over the years, I've never seen them have so much fun on stage as at Leeds. Thanks for the memories guys
