Mine was Sirens at Voodoo festival too! Unforgettable experience. That was such a good setlist too! Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns...... I cried like a baby when I heard the piano.
Most definitely!! The only problem with the setlist was we got zero Binaural for our first show! Lol
I know - Nothing As It Seems would have made my life, but I'm still hoping they'll play it at ACL! Do you go to LSU? If so, you've got to be the first person I've (sort of?) met that doesn't listen to Jason Aldean.
I go to Lsue. And what makes you think I don't listen to Jason Aldean??

That was the first time I heard Release, which was really really really really special, especially with what it was at Wrigley (best Release of all time IMO), but for that particular mement to be the first live PJ song for you ever is super sweet.

Walking the cow (bridge school benefit) I believe in 94 and official first pearl jam song live-release ( cal expo-95) actually played yesterday on pj radio. Listened all the way from AC to west Chester! Was a nice little surprise when we got in the car to leave. Brought back major memories. Told my girl the first 5 songs in order of the set. She said,"with all the bud you burn, how the hell do you remember all the way back to 95!" Said to her,"you dnt forget the life changing moments of your life." What an awesome fucken journey it's been with this band! Hope there's more for me and all of you!

Ditto! Completely agree with everything you said, although I was standing outside because I didn't get a ticket. I still think it counts as my first show!
Release at the 2nd night at Wembley, October `96. Still kicking myself for not being able to go the first night as well, opened with Oceans that show and 18 years and 20+ shows later I'm still waiting.......
