It's a really funky song that I think Ed could nail. Could you imagine him ripping into...

"and the sign said ya got to have a membership card to get inside....UGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Just so you know, that WAS a cover by Tesla ... original artist, 5 Man Electrical Band.

Ahh...thanks for the clarification. I've actually heard the original before and just figured it was Tesla. They did a great cover though. I'd still love to hear PJ take a stab at it.

I've got a few that would be great to hear on the Australian leg of the tour, it would be nice to hear a couple of classic aussie songs given the PJ treatment, here goes:

    Short Memory - Midnight Oil
Working Class Man - Jimmy Barnes
When the war is over - Cold Chisel
To her door - Paul Kelly
    Take me back - Noiseworks
Run to paradise - The Choir boys
Friday on my mind - the easybeats
Burn for you - John Farnham

    I could go on, but...

Please don't.... <jokes> a nice slice of Aussie 80s FM Radio there - you're dragging up high school memories ;) Although i always prefered the INXS Burn For You. What about Midnight Oil - Hercules:

I heard a radio station in FLA giving away tickets to Creed today
The Dj goes "Alright call in to win the grand prize which is,Oh boy, Creed tickets."

It was the most unenthusiastic contest in the history of radio.
I would have asked what else they had for a prize.

Surely Creed tickets are the anti-prize? :D

I'd love to hear them take a stab at one or more of the following:

CCR - Wrote A Song For Everyone
    The Kinks - Victoria
    The Band - Stage Fright
The secret to a happy ending is knowing when to roll the credits

Again - I was joking- I guess even i - couldn't sing as fast in my language as Jacek Kaczmarski used to sing. And his pronunciation was so clear...

I've said it before.. and I'll say it again..

if and when they come to Toronto / Ontario....

Nautical Disaster by The Tragically Hip

I just think Pearl Jam would be able to do the song good. Would be a good tribute to the greatest Canadian band of all time as well.

Was listening to REM "Monster" the other day, I think PJ could do a good job with "Circus Envy."

I would also love for them to play a Soundgarden song!
    How about Rusty Cage!
    That would be f`n great!
Mike and Stone tearing up the guitars
and Matt playing that song again would be awesome.

    That would be sick!
