    So the odds of getting 7-0 in any pool, is obviously 100-1.
    I managed to get 7-0 in 3 different pools!!!
    And on the 1st play of the game?
    Denver does their impression of the Bad News Bears and gives up a fucking safety?
    Meaning I will never see a 7 again.

    I had 3 for Seattle and 5 for Denver. Would have been nice to get that meaningless touchdown there at the end.

    That sequence at the end of the 3rd quarter was astounding for squares. Folks like you Speedy were counting the loot with 6-0. Then when they score folks with 6-7 are ecstatic, because there is zero logic to going for 2 at that point, but Fox (who was so massively outcoached last night its not funny) trots out his offense anyway and the folks with 6-6 are starting to get excited since Seattle's D has snuffed the Broncos so thoroughly, and they convert and the guy with 6-8 who basically ripped up his sheet the day the numbers were drawn collects. In a matter of seconds 4 squares were in legitimate play.

    Well, the odds are actually 50-1 as there are 2 squares with 7-0. (Unless you specifically mean having Denver 7, Seattle 0)

    I got a square pool bad beat story, and it came during the 55-10 SF v Denver blowout.

    I had SF 4 / Denver 3 ... and near the end of the first quarter, it was 7 - 3 San Fran. They were driving down the field and I think everyone on the planet knew they would score a TD ... but for me, it was a matter of would they score before the end of the 1st quarter. Montana completes a pass to about the 7, clock still running, under 20 seconds ... I'm bummed, thinking they'll just wait for the 2nd quarter to run the next play.

    But ... what's this? There is an injury! Clock stops. Niners have one more shot to score before the end of the first quarter ... and sure enough Montana pulls through with a TD to Brett Jones with 3 seconds left in the first!!!

    I AM DANCIN'!!!

    Then ... the unthinkable ... Mike Cofer shanks the extra point. Niners 13 - Broncos 3.

    To this day ... FUCK YOU Mike Cofer!!!!
