Sell at Expresso Beans "Average" or "6 Month Average" prices?

I have some posters I need to get rid of. Are people listing their posters at EB's average or 6 month average prices?

Thanks.

think most use 6 month figures as they suggest the most recent sales trends

it depends, sometimes they would like to get more or less based on personal situation. Collectors know the prices

I think the 6 month average is a better indicator, but if you NEED to sell them I would go lower.

The 6 month average is only so good as the data that creates it. I'd look at the sales that makes up the average and see if there are trends. Some posters have 10 sales in the last 6 months and others have 1 or 2 or none. Also, not every listing on Ebay shows up in Ebeans so I would check out the past sales on Ebay. I would use expressobeans as a tool to get an idea of price but then use your judgement for what you think it is worth.
  • Yup, it's really a great tool to guide you along to pick your own price. Sometimes the avg's are out of whack but just dig into sales history a bit. Gotta do that next level research. B-)
