LEEDS - First Direct Arena 2014

So got my fingers and everything else crossed for the Lottery - Hail Hail the lucky ones - Good luck to fellow Jammers !!

This is advertised as 'An Evening with Pearl Jam' - No Support then I guess - which is cool !

I wonder if Eddie will treat us to a solo warm-up set (I Got You, Picture In a Frame, Society ?) Or will PJ play for like 3 1/2 hours - either way I'd be over the (yellow) moon.

If no luck in lottery then I will have to rely on a very fast 'refresh' finger on Friday and hope the internet plays nicely.

I'm already like a coiled spring waiting for these to go on sale 8-)

    -- yeah , I can see the possibility - Here's hoping they do add another date !

    Shit - they could fill that arena 4 times over - easily ! 8-)

    Looks like an unusual seating plan for this one. Just looking at their website it looks like the venue will also sell tickets through Eventim at 10am on Friday, that's an hour after the Ticketmaster sale starts. Really hoping to get lucky in the lottery for this one. A 2nd night would be great too.

    Really hope there will be a second night! Can't really do the first one as I'm traveling back from Sonisphere the day before, and will be knackered. I think I'd be well up for journeying to Leeds after a days rest, though :D
    And I planted my bolo knife in the neck of mad John Finn. I took his wretched life.
    Now I'm over near the bandstand, every hand moving on John Finn's wife...

    fingers crossed for us all i see stub hub have got loads(wankers)over £130 each evening with pj will be shit hot yellow moon solo and all around the bend!

    I want MK tickets as well, so not sure how I'm going to manage that on Friday morning if the worst happens!!

    Mk won't sell out immediately, I'd say not at all actually! So get your Leeds first then worry about MK

    I was thinking that May be the case. I googled the MK Bowl and it is has a capacity of 65,000! Leeds is only around 13,500 I think! Cheers

    Got GA today --- SO excited. The venue is so great - smaller so more intimate. Really looking forward to this :D

    Cannot wait for this now. The venue looks amazing and only 90 mins drive away. Potential to be the best show of the tour and I guess now we're all hoping for a second night :mrgreen:

    I think the same pal. I will be travelling from Durham, just need to try and get a couple more tix in the general sale on Friday now

    GA here for me! One of the best arenas I've ever been to, saw Bruce there last summer. Built specifically for concerts. The sound is great and the floor is small!

    I think it's very possible because last year, Manchester 1 sold out and (If I remember correctly) they announced Manchester 2 within minutes of that happening? Or the same day or something? And Leeds is a smaller arena so it will sell out and so I think a second Leeds show / UK show would be very likely.

    Keeping my eyes peeled on Friday even though I already have tickets for Leeds
