I really liked it after one listen. But I cant understand why they chose to release Heavy Bells as their first single. It's easily one of my least favorites from the album.

Going to the Baltimore show next Friday (9/20)... Tear Jerk is my favorite so far... but I'm sure that will change as the album sinks in.

Bumping this. The 7" vinyl single with the Vinyl record is excellent. I hope Lightning Bolt is able to bump this from heavy rotation...

Sweet  ET is definitely my favorite release of their's...they really knocked it out of the park. This one of two bands that I'm dying to see live, but their live shows just keep eluding me (the other being The Heartless Bastards)

    ALLLLL HAAAAIL HEAVY BEEEEELLS!
Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
    Butthead: Huh huh.

Caught them in London 2 weeks ago and they were fantastic. Had only heard 2 songs previous to going the gig! Got self-titled and Essential Tremors this week, listened to ET this morning - excellent record. Sweat Shop is Led Zep-esque!

Heavy Bells have been in heavy rotation on my radio station the past couple months. I will definitely be seeing these guys at Bonnaroo this year!
