Sorry If I missed this but on PJ's Sirius page they have multiple new concerts being scheduled to play this week. I see Buffalo is already in goods and on Saturday both Worcester shows will be played. Does this mean more than 1 show will be released each week? I hope so.

I bet that cities that got two shows will be released in the same week. Worcester is the first of the tour that had back to back nights so I am guessing that is the plan. Works out better for everyone waiting. That means only 3 more weeks for Harftord and not six weeks so I like this plan.

Nugs (the people who do the CDs) have said they worked out a deal to get two shows released a week VS one.

I'm sure the reason is that people who wanted to buy the box set didn't want to wait until march or April for the full set to be out before they bought the box set.

24 shows with one a week equals 24 weeks... Which is SIX MONTHS before they were all released...

So I am glad they moved it up to two a week.

I wonder if it's only the double header shows that get released in the same week. Given that Sirius has a deal in place to debut the shows each week, I doubt Nugs were able to have much say in when the boots are released.

  • How official is this Nugs news? Are we talking official like a referee with a whistle?

Nugs said that Shipping for the box set WILL be in March.
If these were released one per week, shipping would be in May/June.

That's correct. Sorry I got my info mixed up.

And someone emailed nugs, asked them about it.

What i saw asked was - if we order the box set, do we have to wait until they are all released for the box set to ship.

Their reply was - we worked out a deal with the 10c to get two shows released a week instead of one. The box set will ship in march.

And I've also heard, I think Sirius said it when they played buffalo, that they would premier Boston 1 AND 2 this next weekend.

Great news! I ordered the box set, and am glad to hear that shipping will be in March, rather than July. :D .
