Another great show, I enjoyed this setlist a bit more than the setlist in Dallas. The best moments for myself were meeting so many great and kind fans in Oklahoma City, playing of Immortality (one of my personal favorite songs), fellow fan who purchased my other ticket (man, we'll meet up again one day at another show, lets make it happen), and just the whole experience of being at another PJ show.

Oklahoma City and its people, thank you for your kindness. I had a great time and hopefully it will happen again. :)

What a sad and insensitive response. I am SO sorry that your head would have been messed with if you were EV....thankfully, you aren't.

Give it a rest. Why would you stir shit up.

That was for shortstack, right? Because I was calling him out on stirring shit up.[/quote]

    Yes correct. My bad.

Top to bottom this was a great show. The crowd's energy was awesome and the guys worked their asses off for us! Highlights for me had to be opening with Wash and getting to hear Satan's Bed. In Hiding was awesome and Immortality brought me to tears. All the LB songs were flawless and I am damn glad I made the trek from KY :D
Are we getting something out of this all-encompassing trip?

Seems my preconceptions are what should have been burned...

Haha... amusing that they played Supersonic (with Jeff in a Sonics jersey) at the home of the Thunder! Had to be done really.

This show was fucking insane in the membrane....crazy good. Can't tell you how loud and energetic the crowd was for both shows in Dallas and OKC, and how energetic the band was and they were feeding off the crowd. They were having an absolute blast and it was evident the entire weekend.

Really happy I chose to go to these two shows for many reasons....great memories and new friends made all around.

Huge shout out to my new cool Dallas crew friends and all of the other new friends I met - you guys know who you are. Great people all around and thanks for everything, really happy I ran into you guys. See you fellas in Seattle in 3 weeks!

I will try and write a more detailed actual show review later for both Dallas and OKC, but tired as hell right now and gotta get caught back up on football after flying home all day.

Now the depression of being back home from an amazing weekend and show withdrawl will ensue....

We didn't mean any harm by it, but thought it would probably be our only chance to give it to him. It was a great show, and thank you everyone for a great experience for us as well as our kids!
Just wanted to say I meant no disrespect in trying to figure what the exchange was about. From my vantage point that it was just clear that it carried some weight for him personally so, I was curious. I'm almost positive my group passed your boys coming of the Marriott across the way and commented how cool it was they were ready for the show!

I have prepared myself my entire life to see this show, I had been to a show in past but unfortunately I was so out of it I can only remember bits and pieces of that entire week.

It was so much more than I could ever imagine, and I imagined it would be awesome. It was like arriving in heaven. I lean towards being shy, and am not very social, but during the night it all gradually melted away. At first with wash it was dark and I felt OK to sing along, but by the end of the show the lights were bright I could see everyone around me and I was singing as loud as I could with all the emotion I could, and I seen the same thing all around me. People I didn't know and I felt like they were friends, I felt like part of a community, amongst a group of people I didn't know, it was a life changing experience, the greatest time I have ever had, now im like an addict, I have to do it again and bring others so they can experience it.

I was on floor in sec 4, and from what I could see the place was packed, at the very top on the right hand side I could see some empty places, but I dont even know if that was a place actually designated to sit, It was right by a curtain.

I wanted to say thankyou to everyone around me, the entire crowd, and most of all Pearl Jam

P.S. The ushers were cool, we may have been doing some things that would be frowned upon by ushers, but we were discrete as possible, and I'm pretty sure they knew what was up, and they let it go. That impressed me, I live in Oklahoma, and authority figures usually don't turn their heads to anything. My name is jw, I was with my friend Noah, if anyone wants to chat that remembers us, we would love that. later

I missed out on getting a XL Sonics-style tee shirt and really want one. Does anyone have an extra they would like to sell? Does anyone know what they do with the extras? Will they ever put extra tour shirts for sale on the shop?

    Thanks!

Incredible show. Great set list...awesome energy. Better than Dallas IMO but a lot of that is because we were GA in OKC versus back of the floor for Dallas. We got 20 songs in OKC that they did not play in Dallas. 52 different songs in two nights. It's amazing how good the band is right now.

    awkward

I probably would have been the only person in the arena to get this, if I were there

This was my 23rd show and the farthest I've driven for a show (10 hours). Easily a top 5 show for me and well worth the drive. This band never fails to blow my mind.

What an AMAZING weekend!!! As discussed with my new friends at the OKC show, this is definitely the best f***ing band in the world! I enjoyed the hell out of these shows. I was a little worried about the crowd interaction for these shows, but the crowd brought it! You could tell that the band enjoyed every second of it. I think I preferred OKC to Dallas because I thought the sound was a little better, and some of the song choices for me were great (Wash, Sometimes, In Hiding, IMMORTALITY!!!, Parting Ways).

Cheers to my new friends after this weekend and bring on San Diego!
40+ shows, it is never enough!

We were in the first row of Section 6 on the floor, and were talking to the security guard in front of us before the show started. He said that the band was rehearsing for an hour and a half before the show. Not just a sound check, but a real rehearsal. I thought they sounded tighter than in Dallas. I loved the Dallas show (my first Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns! And another Footsteps!), and thought the crowd was great. But OKC just knocked it off the charts for me. The crowd was amazing, and the band just seemed to be having a blast. Such an amazing time!
You can't be neutral on a moving train.

Crowd was awesome. Band was in tip top even with Ed fumbling lyrics.. that didnt even phase any of it. Ya possibly empty seats but thats the dicks at places like Stub Hub and other ticket re-buy places faults. My friends wouldnt buy tickets because I told them how much face value was and then you see the same seats for triple the price. Over all I think it would have been a true sell out if rackets like that didnt exist.

I love how Ed commented on all the OKC Thunder get up in the arena. Like "did they do this just for us or is it always like this?" Classic!

Satans Bed!!! Wow. My face is rocked off still somewhere down on the floor in GA.

For a new tune Infallible was pretty bad ass though from where I was I couldnt hear any of Boom.

State of Love and Trust. Amazing.

Dont know why they wait 10 years to come back every time. OKC loves em and they always seem to be surprised by us.

All in all that show was definitely a good recharge to get me through until they play near me again.

Great show, I added this one spur of the moment and drove from Birmingham, AL. Charlottesville is still the best I've seen this tour but OKC crowd was awesome. The place was pretty full, the empties were scattered and negligible. The arena was great and the town was cool for the most part. Glad I came out.

My amazing PJ weekend came to a close in OKC with show number 2. Got up and headed out of Dallas around 10:15. Got to OKC and went to the bombing memorial first. OK, that was the most moving and striking memorial I have ever seen. The outside with the chairs and gates is one thing, but the museum - I dare you to go through that without tearing up. Impossible. Beautiful job on that memorial.

The show was a perfect compliment to Dallas. The energy level was about the same. The crowd, though smaller, was really loud. The upper deck behind the stage was curtained off and there were pockets of empty seats here and there but no matter - the volume of the crowd made up for it. I've never seen two more energetic PJ crowds. I think the GA thing is a good move. Many fresh faces up front, most of whom probably never got a chance to be there before. Not sure why the pit was so much bigger though.

Wash is always a treat. Lightning Bolt through Let the Records Play was a blur. Incredible fast start. MFC into In Hiding was perfect. I think Immortality was the highlight of the night. Ed nailed it. Mike nailed it. RVM is always a good choice to end the first set.

OK, the proposal. It was cool but I feel like it was staged. If not staged then at least the band knew about it ahead of time. I have a hard time believing Ed would just hand the mic off to someone just because they were asking for it. Anyway, cool moment.

    Parting Ways!!!! More Binaural please!!

I could hear Black 1000 times and still love it and they played it beautifully as always. Mike was on point.

If I had to compare the two shows - I think OKC had a better set list, but I think the Dallas crowd was better and I had more fun at that show. Having GA probably makes me biased a little. But really, the shows were pretty even and complimentary to each other. What a great weekend.

Amazing show. Didn't think it would beat Brooklyn 1, but I think OKC has it by a hair. Like everyone said, fantastic energy. It was all perfect- took my best friend to her first show, it was my birthday, and we had great seats behind the stage. It's certainly a different view but it's really energizing to see the crowd the way the band does.

Besides that, incredible setlist... checked a few songs off my PJ bucket list for sure. Only problem was the people in our section. Empty seats, and the people who were there stayed sitting. We moved one section over, still the only people really rocking out but at least they were standing. Most of our section didn't even get there until halfway through the first set... really baffling.

The next day, saw dozens of people walking around the city with PJ shirts on. It seemed like everyone in the city was at the show. And on our (wayyy delayed) flight to Chicago, we met 5 other people who were at the show and saw lots more wearing PJ gear. So glad to meet such great people. Just got back to NYC and am wishing this tour weren't over for me!

Overall I thought the show was great and the energy from the crowd strong even though
there were some empty seats. The start of the show was intense and continued until the 1st encore.
The whole proposal thing ,which did seem staged and I could have done without really slowed the
tempo down. The band seemed to change up the setlist due to the proposal and it really took them
a while to get the crowd back into it. Enjoyed OKC and am looking forward to the LA shows.

It’s really hard for me to put into words just how special this show was for me.

Never did I think they would come close to the elevation of the Dallas show. But boy was I pleasantly surprised. What a great show. Rearview Mirror blew my mind!!

Thanks to 10C for fantastic seats. After two shows on the floor it was such a surprise to get great seats in the stands.

And lastly, thank you to my Ticket buddy – KimmieB you are AMAZING!! Thank you for all you did to make this night so special.

One point of contention for me personally. I like to rock as much as the next guy but if my seat has a great view of the stage, I don't see why it's a big deal if I sit down. Plus I'm old now and my back and feet hurt.
