I'd like to see Pearl Jam go in a different direction as far as production on a future album..
How about Butch Vig or Rick Rubin as listed in the best of all time...

I'd like to see an album with edge......

Rubin didn't do much with metallica or RHCP, I'd like to see kinda self produced along with steve albini, josh homme or
    kevin shields

    I'd like to see a self-produced album.
I've been fortunate enough to see Pearl Jam live.

I certainly would welcome a return to warmth production of Binaural/Riot Act rather than the slightly over polished Backspacer/Lightning Bolt.

I agree here, I think the problem with lightning bolt is not the songs or the band. I think O'brien has overstayed his welcome and has managed to insert himself into the band and has TOO much influence. A new producer or self produced would be great. I dig the suggestion of Josh Homme.

Oh, fuck me running. None of them. Producers are the most overrated slackers when it comes to the music industry. I would love to be able to sit with a famous band and say, "Hmmm, Mike, strum that G a little harder next time."; and then get paid millions of dollars.
Someone already wrote that they should release a self-produced album, and I agree.

Oh, man. I would say a lot of bad about BOB on here but we already got in trouble once for BOB bashing so I'll restrain myself, haha.
