Ok everyone...Pearl Jam are playing the Big Day Out festival in Australia and New Zealand in Jan/Feb 2014. This festival will be our only chance to see them this summer..

Please sign my petition to have our boys play 10club only sideshows....I have only seen them once, in 1995.

So if you support your Aussie PJ fans, please sign away.......

    Touring around festivals is one thing but a touring festival is another prospect. I'm sure they'll play some great shows but from what I've heard Australian festivals crowds are pretty unforgiving never mind the higher than headline show ticket prices. At least in Europe there was a choice of headline or festival shows. Not saying they shouldn't play these as they are probably very good financially but adding a few small 10c shows would be great. These things generally fail though but good luck. Consider this my signature... ;)

    I will happily sign this and I am praying that it works and we get some 10C only sideshows. I would pay the money to see them at the BDO but due to medical conditions that I'm dealing w/ I just can't put myself in that sort of environment therefore I'd have to completely miss out on seeing them :(

    I just can't do BDO, Shame, this will be the first time I haven't been since 1995...... PLEASE DO SIDE SHOWS!! Many bands do!!

    The REAL FANS in this country are the like second biggest market outside the U.S? PLEASE do a sideshow with Mudhoney opening!

    i wish the best!!!but..you know how ius the festival thing...they have the rights and not allow band plays sideshows at the same country,or a spesific distance from the city the festival is..

    although i'm not holding my breath, they prob have contracts in regard to this with BDO organisers
    I don't mean to offend anyone, a lot of what I say should be taken with a grain of salt... that said for most of you I'm a stranger on a computer on the other side of the world, don't give me that sort of power!

    I'm so disappointed that they are playing BDO and it seems to me that the majority of fans on here and facebook feel the same. I would almost prefer that they didn't tour here at all than to be subjected to the stress of being in that crowd. I would wait another year or so if they would only play at a decent venue.
    Im so happy with my righteous self..
