The Facebook and twitter pages have been very quiet lately, and the last bit of news was the Drumgasm announcement, which was almost 3 weeks ago, so lets hope you're right!

I would give anything to be at a live show PJ covers it and I also feel your vibe.

Unfortunately, I think we are about one month away from the dates being announced.

Your feeling might just be gas. It's happened to me a few times now.

My guess is this week non 10c members will have their opportunity to buy Vault #3 on vinyl,

I would like to see Ed read the list of tour dates at Wrigley. He can say, "Anyone here from Boston? We will see you on October 10th. Anyone here from the South? Sorry, maybe next time."
    92 - Orlando
    03 - Tampa
    08 - Tampa
    12 - DeLuna Fest, EV Orlando 1 & 2, EV Ft Lauderdale 1 & 2
    13 - Wrigley!!! ,Brooklyn 1 & 2, Hartford, OKC, Seattle

    Yea...

I think it's probably going to be post-wrigley at this point, to avoid a lot of people bailing/cancelling plans in exchange for a show in their neck of the woods (i.e. Northeast). It'd be terrible at this point to play a 1/2 full (or even 3/4ers full) wrigely after all this hype.

I wouldn't anticipate anything at this point until after Yellow Ledbetter on July 19th.
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

How would that even be possible? If PJ played a city near me this Fall, there is no way I'd cancel my plans for Wrigley. This has to be one of the hardest tickets to get for any act touring this year.

Also, I was trying to look at it from a possible public on sale dates as well. The lottery takes a week from a Monday to Monday probably, with a the public sale on the Friday after it ends. Public sale won’t be the 5th, or the 19th obviously. I doubt the 12th since that would mean the PJ lottery would be over the holiday. Not the 26th since they would have the PJ lottery over the time of the shows, so that is out. So my guess is PJ lottery starts July 29- August 5th, and public on sale August 9th

Except he won't be saying that about Texas. Dallas is a strong contender.

I'm not disappointed, but I'm past the point of eager anticipation. It will be amazing to get the dates, but I don't wake up every morning and act like it's Christmas eve.

When they come, I'll be happy and glad they came.

PS - If I ever heard this live.... and I know the OP made this title intentionally to get us to check the thread.

    ok... that's fine for you.

I don't think every person here shares you're opinion.

I gaurentee if later this week a tour is announced that includes 2 nights in the greater NYC area, a night or 2 in Boston, and 2 nights in Philly + other miscellaneous dates inbetween and after, a lot of people's plans will change. Show in their backyard vs a $1k or more in travel and incidentals... pretty quick decision for a lot of people.

You'd definitely see the demand go way down and the availability of tickets massively increase, plus at least 10 threads bitching about not being able to transfer/sell their 10C tickets.

But being 25 days or so from Wrigley don't you think most people paid for flights, have hotels reserved,etc...

Not to mention all the people still looking for tix if people sell their tix, don't pick them up, etc...

I don't think anything besides maybe Mother Nature that will keep that stadium from being packed.

All I can say is this

Pearl Jam was on stage in Missoula, 10pm on a Sunday night, when we got emailed about the South American shows in spring of 2013. Take it for what it's worth. When they announced this show I said we wouldn't know until wrigley or after. I still think this is the case.

Why is everyone so certain there is going to be a fall tour? Just curious. I, too, was expecting a fall tour or at least a show in the Philly area, but that was more based on the fact that they haven't been here in a while & it seemed to be that time.

Ah, okay. Thanks. I see it now. That was a pretty direct statement there.

I heard it in Boston in 2004. Other than that one show, the last time it was played before that was the Boston Orpheum show in 1994
