Other thing, Soundgarden played last DL festival. They're management it's more or less "the same" tha PJ, right??? so it makes sense... connections are already there.
anyway, if PJ will play at DL13.... count me in for PJ and Iron M !!!! \m/
It was leaked from sources at vodafone who sponsor download, tbh i could see this happening, SOundgarden played last eyear so no reason why they wouldnt get PJ too aswell, Ive been to Download the last three years and its not very Metal anymore compared to when it was ozfest.
If i was ever the problem, i'd certainly never admit it...

Donnington is a brilliant festival!! kicks Reading's arse and I used to be real Reading Festi advocate till i went to Donnington!! :twisted: and it's not just metal... lots of rock, punk, industrial, even a bit of dance i.e. prodigy, pendulum, chase and status thrown in for good measure!
If PJ play another Euro Tour before playing one show in Seattle, I'm going to sound like those bitchy people that complain about everything... :fp:

I think they'll do Download, Pinkpop and the Rock Am Ring/Rock Im Park festivals but I don't think they'll come all that way without doing a few arena shows inbetween them.

Aren't Download's headliners (generally) exclusive to the festival in terms of the UK? I think that's been the case the past few years, with the exception of Black Sabbath's small club show this year...
If so... Bummer! as I selfishly have other plans next year, and I really don't fancy Download.
However, one of those plans is to see Bruce Springsteen again, somewhere, anywhere, so if he and PJ should cross paths again and do a festival in Europe....
In all seriousness though, I really hope Scotland get a turn next year if this rumour is true. I don't mind travelling to see bands, but it would be fantastic to see them on home turf for one year at least! :roll:
