To bee honest, what did you think they would cost. Tickets for most PJ/EV related events have been over $100 lately. $142 is a lot, but you won't regret it.

The issue people have with this is he is charging 2 x what the band were charging to play in Amsterdam, and a full $50 per head than London.

The venue is half the size of the halls in England so I guess he needs to charge more to get the same return for his nights work.

We can all gripe/speculate but at the end of the day nobody makes us click the buy button. If it didn't sell out they'd realise it was too expensive.
Ian you are right....seem has to do wit the venue...nothin to do what the artist charge..
just the diference is huge, and makes u wonder

To do with the size of the venue, yes, but nothing to do with the venue fee. Ed is playing a smaller venue, Ed wants to make x amount of money from each show therefore Ed has to charge y for tickets. Should've gone for a bigger room and charged less IMO.

If it's a business I can't think of a better way of putting it! If it was about art none of these arena filling acts would charge the prices they do!
