I was there. Immortality into In Hiding. Probably my greatest one two punch in all of the shows I have seen. Incredible.

What a show! You also got All Along The Watchtower, seeing PJ perform that with Neil Young is probably my Holy Grail!

Newark's Immortality has to be one of the best versions ever. And not just cause I was there. :)

Agree!!! I was still in a daze and the first couple of notes of In Hiding made me lose my mind completely.

I listen to this show all the time. I bet a lot of people would disagree, but Supersonic --> Brother --> Glorified G was great. I'm not sure why I liked that so much- probably because it was my first time hearing all three of those songs.

Are we the same person?? Because that was the same thing for me. Good thing Even Flow was next, because I blew out my vocal chords and needed to sit down and take a break!

Sit down? During Even Flow?? Hell no, we're not the same person, I was jumping up and down like a fool during Even Flow ;):)

Thoughts on Footsteps into Inside job?? Seriously lost it at that point, I turned to my brother and said "That's it, I can die happy now."

I like Footsteps, but LOVE Inside Job, one of my favorites... and they played, Go, Alone, of the girl, brother, brain of j, and on and on I could go about that show.

Alone was incredible. Became one of my favorites after that night.

This thread went from being about Immortality to Newark pretty fast lol.

Still prob my favorite set list of all the shows I have been to. I saw so many songs that I LOVE for the first time there. that was my 7th show and two of my all time favorites in a row were played Immortality into In Hiding.

I was so far back and the crowd was poor, but that didn't ruin my show.

I don't know, man, you were at Alpine, those were incredible.

For me though, the Boston 10 opener is my favorite of my shows. Maybe because it was my first Release probably.

I would put Release second. It was my first time too but Of the Girl just barely beats it out.

I'd love for Weird Al to spoof the song, calling it "Immaturity." I can just picture him singing to the same sound.
