  • If you go to this link you should be able to see if any stores / bars have it near you.

that doesn't work in real time

i know someone who bought it today in mass and it's not on that site
  • I live in NH. Yesterday I did a search within 100 miles of my town. There was 1 in MA and 2 in VT. Today the same search gives 2 in MA and 3 in VT. Although it might not be in real time I think it might still be helpful.

yes sorry... didn't mean to imply it wasn't helpful

but i talked to the Mass distributor and they said most MASS locations are getting 1 case at most... so the non real time factor could be an issue

Wow that's not much. I called a distributor last week and they were still waiting for NH to approve it. I guess I'll have to stay on top of this a little more if I hope to get any.

Yeah, that's exactly it. The not real time thing is a bit of an issue as even if it's a couple days lag time if most places are just getting a single case (12), it will be gone in a day or two.

  • any updates here?
  • For any CT peeps, talked to a friendly guy at the packy I frequent, he told me there had been a delay in the approval process for our state, but that its been resolved. However, because of that delay, they obviously didn't get it this week and instead it should be arriving "within a month."

same as stickman-. im in upstate ny... the beer store i go to carries all of the dogfish brews, there was a delay he said. dogfish released 3 beers and faithfull was one of them, the other two got released here, yet faithfull had a delay. he was hoping within the next 2 weeks. i hope too. my buddy got some this week and said its tasty.
  • update. I facebooked Dogfish and got a response (on their wall) to ask if it has been approved yet in CT.

Their response: "It has not....our fingers are crossed though!"

However, as I said before, the guy at my local packy did say it's being resolved and to expect it within a month, so I'm optimistic!

  • NY State has not approved Faithful Ale yet. I have a 12 Pack that I will be getting Dec 16th. If there is anyone in the Syracuse area, I could hook you up with a bottle or 2. I plan on drinking all but one of mine.

what about Rockaway Beach, NYC ?

Since we are considered the butthole of NYC,

I doubt i will ever savor the Faithful Ale on my palate.

Well, apparently NYS has approved it, so be on the lookout.

The place I am getting it from is definitely not a premier craft beer place. Anywhere they carry a few "deeper" varieties of Dogfish Head are probably very likely.
