How many times has Eddie got mad at a show

Hi!

I know of 3 different times that Eddie has got mad during a show

1- The one they showed us on PJ20, with the security guy during breath

    I liked the one where he wiped his butt with Rolling Stone magazine. He wasn't super angry, but you could tell he was pretty annoyed.

    If you look closely Ed is smiling, don't think he's really angry, but I was in the section he was speaking to. The mezzanine at the Orpheum, first 3 rows of balcony...is known for bouncing during rowdy shows...sometimes very dangerously so. Before PJ came on at the Orpheum, the secutiry told us that "the band has requested in exchange for having the best seats in the house that you remain seated for safety reasons", something to that effect. I retorted to the dude that I'd switch with someone in the front row of the orchestra since we had "the best seats in the house"....he wasn't amused. (The mezzanine are great seats, but obviously not the best in the house). At any rate as the show went on it was a constant back and forth with folks standing and being implored, sometimes quite forcefully, to sit back down. I assume Ed could see somewhat what was happening, and I'm quite sure the band didn't request we stay seated, so eventually Ed made the comments he did and everyone in the section stood, security dudes threw their hands up in disgust and we bounced that mezzanine furiously for the balance of the show.(Its not that scary being in the mezz when it bounces, but I've witnessed it from below it at other shows and its kind of scary to watch, looks like the thing could collapse at any moment).

    Ed was nice and hungover on night 2 of the Mansfield "experiment" 7/3/03

    He started off yelling at people, asking "how many of you saw the sun come up this morning..." crowd yelled, he said something along the lines of, well i did, so shut the fuck up. You'll have to pull the boot for that, I cant remember what song that was on off the top of my head.

    Later on he starts a rant about Celine Dion. I love this rant. Maybe he wasnt mad, per se...he wasnt screaming about it, but it made for a good laugh mid show

    Yea.. i didn't notice it at the hershey show so much (it was only my 2nd show) but looking back now with some more experience under my belt, the show def. had a weird feel to it... Eddie recalled the "Mosquito bites" incident at a show a year or two after it happened. Maybe Philly 05, or Reading 04, he made some funny comments..

    Vote for Change Tour at the Fox Theater in St. Louis in October of 2004.....Ed seemed to be moving through the set without talking much, then listening to the boot you can hear him yell at somebody, i think the lighting guy...the mic picked up "less fucking time between songs...let's go".

    Wasn't there noise about Ed getting mad at a Hartford show (08?) because the fan wasn't working?

    I only remember from reading here, wasn't there or saw anything to confirm.

    I was at the Columbia, SC 08 show and he got pissed at his guitar tech....he made a comment between songs about how his guitars sounded like shit.
