    I'm pretty sure they have gone their seperate ways now. They did a last big concert in Sydney I believe, then called it quits! :(

    Just thought of another though and I should slap myself because I played it at our wedding. My hubby sang it to me the night I met him. The Whitlams- Make the World Safe for You.

    yeah, powderfinger broke up. i think it's a good thing, they were getting a bit tired and predictable with their live shows. they seemed to play the same setlist at everyshow since about 2003, which is a shame since they have such a big back catalogue of amazing songs but the 1st 3 or 4 albums seem to be forgotten and neglected live.

    the only whitlams song i enjoyed was "you sound like Louis Burdett" this song is so fucking cool.
