Selling one Holy Grail to fund another SOLD!!!!!

edited March 2011 in Lost Dogs
I promised myself that if I was ever able to purchase a Pearl Jam ipod that I would sell whatever I may need to fund it. With the guidance of pdawlosky that dream has become a reality for me, but I now must sell off my SEALED copy of Benaroya Hall vinyl. I will be asking for $625 with shipping, insurance, and delivery confirmation. This will greatly aid me in being able to pay for this latest endeavor. Please PM me I can provide the number and pictures if needed to interested buyers.

I do not care if you think this price is too high, or that I should keep it etc etc... My mind has been made up!

Thanks

Adam

Vinyl will last the rest of your life. The iPod? Great, but won't last!

I am sure that I will be able to find another one, preferably opened, when the timing is right.

correct, however there was no "2000 copies numbered" for ITW either. I'm just saying they aren't going to say "only 2000 made-EVER" and then all of a sudden "ok, we'll make some more-send us back your copy so we can change the number on the box to /4000".

Vinyl will last the rest of your life. The iPod? Great, but won't last!

cant agree here, the ipod is way rarer and cooler than the vinyl.

the vinyl can be bought very easily, the ipod not, its uniquely collectible...only 200 were made, and many will not ever be released so maybe there are only 50 actually out there on the market

this is a great bit of business.

    good work Adam ;)

Totally agree. There's 2000 Benny's out there and next to none PJ ipods. Go figure which is rarer. And at the end of the day its upto the OP which he wants. He wants the PJ ipod more. Congrats on your purchase dude :clap:

Thanks for the support. I never opened the Benny vinyl, and will not use the iPod either. This is from a collectors standpoint, and as Paul pointed out so nicely, this is a much more rare item.

Don't get me wrong mate, I do think it's a cool item. One that will provide years of enjoyment (hopefully it's a flash drive iPod, those have a better shelf-life).

I don't know how long it would take the ipod to malfunction (broke) without even the first charge... I have one seated on a shelve and I'm tempted to open it to charge it... would work if i turn it on?

did you do deal as its been taken down...well done if you got it .

I sent the seller a message to work out a deal, and he accepted my offer, so yes, I was extremely lucky.
