I need to get an amp, I left mine in Milwaukee when I moved to Colorado. I am not looking for anything crazy, something around $100 that I can plug a guitar or a harmonica microphone into for a decent sound.
I'll be playing 99% Pearl Jam, which is why I am posting this on the porch.
I'm probably going to Guitar Center to get one, so please, any thoughts/brands or ideas you have, please, let me know.
Thanks and have a great weekend!

I picked up a second hand Marshall JCM head a few years back. Bought a new cab to go with it.

Its only a 2x12 cab so it ain't huge.

    I absolutley love it.

Bought an Ibanez tube screamer pedal a few months ago.

But.... you probably meant a small practice amp right??

Go with a Roland Microcube or, for a little more, the Vox Valvetronix 15 watt.
It's a town full of losers and I'm pulling out of here to win

For $100, I'd look into getting a used amp. Try your local Craigslist.org and check out Musical Instruments for sale. Might score a good deal there. If you want a tube amp, you may have to go up in price a little and see if you can score a used Fender Blues Jr. or the model below that (can't recall it offhand). If not, then you're probably looking at getting a solid-state Crate or Peavey 15W practice amp or something. I don't know the price, but check out the Fender G-DEC amp. Good luck!
    Rock on!

Hiwatt makes- or at least used to make- a really sweet 100 bones practice amp. Its got a headphone jack and it sound pretty damn good on its own...
