maybe old news...ed credited in Moore's "Sicko" credits??

I tried doing a search but found nothing.
Does anyone know why Ed is thanked in the credits of Michael Moore's movie "Sicko".
Just wondering.

    Na I dont, i remember seeing that ed worked with michael moore on some website. I Couldnt find any more on it. Im keen to find out.

    wasn't he also credited in Jackass II? i'm pretty sure he was.

    Yeah he was.
    I was with some friends while watching it, and turned my head to just see the TV, and I just noticed Ed's name. I was like "WHAT THE FUUUUCK". Everyone was like, "You're just seeing things, you're too in love with PJ". So I gave it the rewind, and sure enough....Ed was there!
