looks like if nothing changes on the east coast over the next hour that the 10c birdy will be beat again.

People are waiting for the headliner announcement as much as we are waiting for PJ to confirm their appearance... but I doubt they will announce it before the official announcement, probably both sides will announce the line up at 12EST
