  • my favorite is eddie and stone on the bob dylan 30th anniversary tribute album, doing masters of war. frakkin awsome! mad season was kick ass as well. then there's eddie with the boss doing no surrender on you tube, and also with REM doing man on the moon. classic.

The first 5 that spring to mind for me are:

    1. Hunger Strike - Temple of the Dog
    2. All Along The Watchtower - Ed & The Million Dollar Bashers
    3. Dying Days - Screaming Trees
    4. Never Let Each Other Down - Brad
    5. River of Deceit - Mad Season
    “Do not postpone happiness”
    (Jeff Tweedy, Sydney 2007)

“Put yer good money on the sunrise”
    (Tim Rogers)
  • No order:
    I'm Above--Mad Season
    Big Hot Sun--Eddie Vedder
    Hunger Strike--Temple of the Dog
Rockin' in the Free World--Neil Young
Don't know if this exactly fits the requirements, but Love Reign O'er Me
Do you see the way that tree bends? Does it inspire?

I'll not lose my faith, it's an inside job today

St. Louis 5/4/10 Hope for many more!
  • I won't be posting a top 5, but I will vote for Eddie Vedder with, uh... Zeke? Devil Doll.
