i'm still a fan of the old evenflow. speedyflow, as i like to call it these days, just really irritates me. i have a tape of mookie demos and it just grooves. i don't think it was meant to be played at warp speed mr. sulu!
go back and give it a listen. it had this funky funk drive to it that is totally gone live.
