Just Breathe

I have always been a big Beatles fan and have always thought that some of the most beautiful lyrics were "And in the end the love you take is equal to the love you make". After hearing Just Breathe I have to say "Everything you gave and nothing you would take" is right up there at the top of the most beautiful words written and sung.

Thank you Mr. Vedder for 20 years of the most moving lyrics ever written.

    i can't believe there hasn't been more talk on here of this song. to me, it's by far the most moving, amazing song on this album. it passed the wife test - she's not a PJ fan and even she loved it.

    The first listen to this song last night brought me to tears, I almost felt ashamed, but it's where I am in my life right now.

    It sounds a lot like Eddie's Into the Wild music...which is why I love it so much. I think the most beautiful lyrics are "I am a lucky man to count on both hands, the ones that I love..."

    It is so beautiful, got the cd in the mail right after a co-worker passed away, was just a perfect song to listen to for that time.
    Sometimes "Majority" just means all of the Fools are in Agreement.

    Just Breathe lyrics are one of the kind.

    I don't know any other PJ song full of this kind of moving, simply but powerful and intimating words.
    It'seems to be like a new era of creation.
