Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...
... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

Up here so high I start to shake, Up here so high the sky I scrape, I've no fear but for falling down, So look out below I am falling now, Falling down,...not staying down, Could’ve held me up, rather tear me down, Drown in the river
Although I just searched Corduroy from the '98 tour on YouTube just now and it is noticeably slower than they play now . . . sounded really awkward . . . I like the pace of that song now . . . but it's probably just because I'm used to it because I loved the versions of Corduroy from the Yield tour... :?

oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
i think i might know people with spare tickets for berlin and the uk,
because i really freak out right here, just reading this thread,
i bet i will get a heart attack, if i'd go to these shows, and see them rock!!!!!
Yeah, they went totally over the top on Even Flow and some of the songs off Avocado on the past tours.
I think it just makes it harder for Ed to get the words out fast enough. It must be fun for their fingers to play that fast but... they have to give him a chance to get a breath!! :?

Depends what time we can all get there for, but hopefully. Is the pre-gig walkabout?
I know hey! It was like the picked a handful of songs and said, 'Ah fuck it, let's play them all the same speed.'
Sian organised all that as well...
