Peter Gabriel is amazing .. but too personal to share with others ;)

This is a really good comment. Kind of similarly, "Us" is one of my favorite albums by anyone but it is so heavy and depressing that I can't listen to it too often.

Biko could be the best protest song of all time............it or "Ohio."

you know that he plays Werchter the day after PJ right?

I love his early stuff (first, and actually only before PJ, artist I did several in a row concerts for, or travelled overseas for: Glastonbury 94 when I was living in Southern France).
But got to admit that I've left it at US.. the Dome thingy and onward just killed it for me..
  • A freaking genius.

Slightly tipsy tonight with a red merlot as the source of my grin.

And I can't stop listening to this guy on headphones.

If someone ever tells you 'In Your Eyes' is an unreal song... you should know they have great taste in music.

Apparently, he says that a US tour will follow the European tour and the dates will be coming soon. If you live in the US, go, I'm sure you will not be disappointed

Thanks for the info. I missed the tour he did with Sting, been regretting it since.

So cool to see Peter Gabriel at the top of this forum - he's been totally on my mind since last night when I saw his set from 1987ish from the Amnesty International concert on youtube. I was thinking how amazing he always is live, so very happy to see this and know a US tour is likely in the works. I'll be there!
  • Curious to see those dates.
  • bought the red colored vinyl of this show...so killer
and loved security tour where the band paraded through the audience to get to the stage
been on board ever since he left genesis

I met Tony Levin Friday night and he said they'd be in Dallas in October. Said he thought we may be the last stop too. Hoping tickets aren't too crazy.

$186 (+ fees I assume) is the cheapest for Boston.

I really want to see this him, but can't justify dropping what I assume will be $400+ right now.

As well as many other artists I couldn’t care less about, I’m sure.
