Saw them cover it last weekend at Sasquatch. It was indeed a great cover, if unexpected.

There's a limited edition 7" vinyl for sale at www.hmv.com. Only 1,000 copies will be pressed for the UK only, according to the website. Glad I picked one up. It is a great cover.

Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
    Butthead: Huh huh.

Doesn't surprise me that the cover was that good -- they fuckin rocked when I saw em do a free show in Boston on St. Patty's Day. They are a great band.

That was a damn good cover. I might have to check their stuff out.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

Every time someone posts something about them, I go to youtube and give their stuff a listen ... it never grabs me.

It reminds me of many mid 90s alt rockers. It's not bad, but ... also, not very special. Just my opinion.

Glad others are digging it, though.

I just finished listening to their album, The '59 Sound, and I really enjoyed it. They're definitely worth a listen.

Same, I think they sound like The KIllers to me. The Killers suck.

    But this cover is awesome.

They don't remind me of the Killers, I was thinking more early Goo Goo Dolls or Soul Asylum, those early to mid 90s alt rock bands ... but, everyone hears things differently.

'59 Sound to me sounds like what Bruce Springsteen would have made if he'd grown up 20 years later...Definitely one of the strongest albums I've bought in a long, long while. And everybody I've had listen to them lately has picked it up too...
