Chcickenfoot blew my mind last night...

If you are not familiar with Chickenfoot, they are a new band composed of Joe Satriani, Sammy Hagar (Van Halen, etc.), Michael Anthony (VH), and Chad Smith from the Chili Peppers....HOLY SHIT, I have not had my mind blown by the energy of music like that...possibly at any show I have ever been to (which IS Many). Now, I am not the biggest Hagar or Van Halen fan AT ALL, so believe me that this band may not have your kinda sound on the album, but to see them LIVE will be NECESSARY in August? when they do a full U.S. Tour...Mark your calendars.

    I love Hagar, can't wait to check this out. 8/20 or 8/21 sounds promising along with a little gambling!

    Blah...Sammy Hagar makes me want to puke, but Joe Satriani and Chad Smith make up for what he lacks so i guess they would ve worth it if tickets are relatively cheap

    i had never seen Joe Satriani before and not a big fan of music without vocals...sure the odd tune or two is ok, but...anyways he is amazing/perfect in this line up

    so um i dig this line up. sometimes music should be just a BIG PARTY and that's what they deliver...not sure it would work in a 20000 seat arena but if they are serving cold bud light with lime then ummmm it's REAL GOOD+
