a new band

I need a new band. Not just anyone, they've got to be good. They've got to be capable of upping the intensity, and occasionally chilled too. Rhythm section needs to be fucking solid. I got nothing aginst some sick fills, but they've gotta have a good groove, and the drummer's gotta be loose, none of that perfect timing all the time crap. Fiery solos and licks a must, but not to the point of wankery or noodling. They've gotta jam too. Not all the time, but just enough, especially live. pearl jam, queens of the stoneage, and my morning jacket have fit the bill before, but i need some new blood.
