at the risk of being attacked, I have to say I'm glad to hear this. They were a good band and had some awesome songs despite being a pj copycat. Hopefully we get some more good songs outta this run. Anyone else agree?
I always liked Creed. They would have been better off never ever making a music video. That "image" is what killed them. I thought their music was great.
"All I Ever Knew" available now in print and digital formats at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and iBooks.
I have never bought into that copycat bullshit. Creed has never sounded anything like Pearl jam in any way and has never tried to. Very different music and energy. People genuinely like the band for what it is. The same crap was spun at Stone Temple Pilots as well because they were so successful.
I think the awful, sophomoric music and warbly vocals killed Creed more than their image did. That's the kind of music I hear in my nightmares of hell.

Found it midly amusing that Creed are not doing a show in anywhere near Seattle!
So glad I don't live with my old housemate who loves Creed. Had endless arguments about Creed vs Pearl Jam.

It's growing up just like me.
Alter Bridge is the opening act for the tour- saw it on the Houston venue site in upcoming events.
It makes sense though, only difference is the lead vocalists.
