Ohhh! We're meeting up with Housing Jim at the Manchester gig! I feel preshow drinkies coming on...
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...
... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

Ah, how could I choose? I think it would have to be either The Mob Goes Wild or Cypress Grove.
Those Sir, are the correct songs to choose
Consider it done

10001110101 would be nice too , same with red horse rainbow, or mercury, or profits of doom, oh oh and pure rock fury
song i want to hear most has to be:
LA CURANDERA!
10001110101 is BRILLIANT live

JP is THE FUNNIEST thing to see live His expressions are priceless

They played both Mob Goes Wild and Cypress Grove!!! I shook my fat ass like a mofo to both, I can tell you...
As always, they were brilliant. Audiodave hadn't seen them before and loved every second of it
They took the opportunity to play some new stuff and it sounded goooooooood JP was on fine, fine form with his facial expressions and Neil's handclapping/Dad dancing went down a storm... just a shame they only got 30 mins to play :(
Ah well, hopefully we'll get another tour towards the end of the year for Strange Cousins

JP is very cool, great guy. The rocked hard at each gig and was so good to see the Bakerton Group - should have some pics up soon, although lighting wasn't great and only had my little point and shoot. Might try for a photo pass when they're back in November - but I switch off when I photograph gigs propery and I'd miss paying 100% attention to the performance. We'll see I suppose.
