    not bad, but not great. i'm a bit disappointed that none of the live songs from the past couple years made the album. "idea of you" is a great song and would have been a better first single than this.

    Awesome...new album should be great...really looking forward to it. Anything with Carter's beats sounds amazing!

    Well, it's not Stand Up bad, I'll give it that... closer to an Everyday track, really. Still way too polished sounding for my tastes, though it could be plenty worse.

    My hope is that this record will at least be listenable- where you can put it on every once in awhile and enjoy it for what it is, something I just cannot do with Stand Up or Everyday.



    I am excited for the Alpine shows this year.

    Speaking of Alpine, the press release for the album says that if you pre-order the new record from their site (it's not up yet, though) you'll get Live Trax 15 for free. LT15 is the first show from Alpine last year (8.9.08), which was pretty much the greatest Dave Matthews Band show I have seen and am likely to see.

    Tour starts tonight at MSG.

    it's on demonoid. according to the torrent info, it is an unfinished mix...but very good quality. haven't listened to it, though. i may just wait for the album to come out.

    i just listened to a little bit of it. not really sure if i'm liking it so far. granted, i'm not a huge fan, but i do like a lot of their stuff. "time bomb" is pretty good, but i'll give it a proper listen later on. just my .02. 8-)

    I'm not a big fan, but I thought the first half or so is pretty solid.

    I like it. It grew on me - has a good sound. I'm actually going to see DMB at SPAC on 6/12!
