I like a handful of Blink 182 songs. It's just trendy to regroup these days and it's annoying me. I think these bands should get over themselves and do new projects. What band has reformed and created an album on the same level as when in their prime?
In the case of blink they did do that and made shit music before, so they put the bs behind and got back together.

    Fixed

I am a musician and have been in several groups. I don't make shit music, I play what sounds good to me and the band.

Now this could be the case with Blink 182 where they like their respective projects but it didn't appeal to the masses, but I find it terribly hard to believe that they only have good chemistry as Blink 182, and no other outlet is worth their time, blood or sweat. They are rekindling a flame for whatever reason and I think it's dumb. For the record, Travis is a kick ass drummer.

And yes I was into AIC's reunion at first, not anymore. And I was also into the Pumpkins reuniting, again, not anymore. Those two bands are in my top 5 favorite so I was blindly excited.

to be honest and i cant believe i'm admitting this but i've listened to all there side projects and each member of blink doesnt sound good without the other 2. travis is a very good drummer, one of my fave's

never saw Toad in the nineties, only played 1 cd over and over back then. saw them in june and on monday like i said. glen phillips has such a voice. on monday, my husband said the sound man screwed things up. glen announced they were sorry, they weren't playing their own instruments. i think they rocked and they were too loud for ram's head in annapolis, a small venue which holds about 250 (or less) people. No wonder it sold out.
i think glen is doing a damned good job (remember, you saw the pic of him in the emergency room after he fell through glass and it sliced his arm?) he gets numbness sometimes from the nerve damage.

  • I know they are far from being a 90's band, but I would pay close to anything to see a Misfits line-up that consisted of Danzig, Jerry, Doyle and Robo.
