no pressure point work is premitted in mma.
most of these guys are exposed as frauds eventually. i recall one guy in chicago that was using a similar "technique" and it worked on all his students (surprise!
pressure points are good if you want to move someone in a certain direction, cause them some pain or numb a certain part of the body, but this kind of stuff is usually pretty fake.
