Sure, we believe you.
The poll released by NBC today is stunning, and bears out what @HoagieBreath posted. To the question of competence, Trump leads Biden 48-32. Is it Hamas, inflation, or the migrant crisis to blame for Biden losing so much trust among the voters ?
The irony is that it’s completely lost, the endless attacks against trump are not working. Trump is a coward? No one in his 48% care whatsoever. He is holding firm to his republican and independent support from 2020.
Do voters even know trump ignored the supply chain crisis for nearly his entire last year in office? Who is to blame? The endless prosecutions of trump? The extremism forming at the fringes of the Democratic Party supporting a terrorist nation? Bidens lack of action addressing the border crisis, while places like NYC are falling apart in front of our eyes? PJ fans may be stunned what the city looks like this September
There’s been so much prosecution of trump the horrible person, but why have his opponents been unable to remind voters of his years in office? According to polls, trump has lost zero support in three years of prosecutions.
These Biden poll numbers are getting into Carter and HW Bush territory.
NYC is falling apart? I love NYC and I hope I get to see what it’s like in September.
Despite Hal’s joke, NY has changed significantly in cleanliness and safety since the red border states started busing their migrants to us. You can easily Google nyc migrant crisis or you tube it if you haven’t had the chance to catch up on this story.
Please, tell us what stretch of time by decade or half decade was NYC “desirable,” “safe,” “booming,” or “insert positive adjective,” here? You probably aren’t old enough to remember the late 60s and all of the 70s, back when NYC declared bankruptcy and the Bronx, particularly the south Bronx and parts of Harlem were burned out shells. Major ‘Murican cities evolve, go up and down, change with the times, deal and move on from crisis, are reborn or wallow in misery for quite some time (Detroit). If you expect “Try That in a Small Town,” you’re, general you, aren’t being realistic.
I wonder who you fault for NYC’s demise?
Just because NY was bad decades ago doesn’t make what it occurring currently ok. In comparison to the last 30 years, it’s in bad shape now. Not because of a bad economy, or a tight local budget, which were major causes of the ancient history you cite, but because Dems are being outmaneuvered by republicans.
Dems are being outmaneuvered by repubs? Is that what you call torpedoing the most expansive immigration bill since 1986, repub outmaneuvering?
My point is that NYC will survive, much like Seattle. But I’m interested in knowing who you blame for the NYC migrant crisis?
anybody see that the rnc had their worst fundraising year in a decade?
tell me more about that red wave with trump winning in a landslide that you all think will happen in november.
they have no money. they cannot win without money. and you think that broke mf trump is going to bankroll his own campaign and help other brokeass republicans as well?
wake up.
Cmon man, take a closer look at that NBC poll from two days ago. Biden is getting destroyed on all the major issues, this is unlike any trump polling in recent years,
Biden trails GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump on major policy and personal comparisons, including by more than 20 points on which candidate would better handle the economy. And Biden’s deficit versus Trump on handling immigration and the border is greater than 30 points.
The poll also shows Trump holding a 16-point advantage over Biden on being competent and effective, a reversal from 2020, when Biden was ahead of Trump on this quality by 9 points before defeating him in that election.
And Biden’s approval rating has declined to the lowest level of his presidency in NBC News polling — to 37% — while fewer than 3 in 10 voters approve of his handling of the Israel-Hamas war.
do you really think people will not vote for biden for his stance on the israel hamas war? normally i would vote against him just for that, but these are not normal times.
also, is the bolded part from a link or did you write that?
I copied from an article, citing stats from NBCs recent poll, there’s enough statistical data there from the poll that you can verify if you don’t trust the veracity of the stats.
The question is, do you trust the D/R/I splits in the polls. That's what I've been questioning for the past 4 years now.
Biden lead in just about every head to head poll at this point four years ago.
I'm saying since that election (21 and later) the polls have by and large undercounted D turnout. They keep missing low.
Historically, after leaving office, many former presidents and vice presidents
have knowingly taken home sensitive materials related to national security from
their administrations without being charged with crimes. This historical record is
important context for judging whether and why to charge a former vice presidentand former president, as Mr. Biden would be when susceptible to prosecution-for
similar actions taken by several of his predecessors.
With one exception, there is no record of the Department of Justice prosecuting
a former president or vice president for mishandling classified documents from his own administration. The exception is former President Trump. It is not our role to
assess the criminal charges pending against Mr. Trump, but several material
distinctions between Mr. Trump's case and Mr. Biden's are clear. Unlike the evidence
involving Mr. Biden, the allegations set forth in the indictment of Mr. Trump, if
proven, would present serious aggravating facts.
Most notably, after being given multiple chances to return classified
documents and avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite. According
to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but
he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about
it. In contrast, Mr. Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and
the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his
homes, sat for a voluntary interview. and in other ways cooperated with the
investigation.

Hey! But Brandon couldn’t remember that he took and possessed classified documents after leaving office. Brandon should be indicted. POOTWH should be elected POTUS. Amiright?
Trump’s ties to Russia are deep and well documented, including by the Senate Intelligence Committee, which was dominated by Republicans when it concluded that Trump’s 2016 campaign team had worked with Russian operatives. This Stormy Daniels case for election interference going to trial in late March has teeth. With Cohen already sentenced for it would think it's a slam dunk but who knows how a jury will react. This is one to watch I think.

It's crazy....Willis needs to walk away and let someone else take over. I don't really think there is anything nefarious there but the optics are bad. Well done by the tRumpsters to discredit her in order to put up a smokescreen and delay everything.

Judge orders Trump to pay nearly $355 million in civil fraud trial
Today's major ruling: A judge has ordered former President Donald Trump and his companies to pay nearly $355 million in a ruling in the New York civil fraud case. He is also barred from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in the state for three years, and he cannot apply for loans from any financial institution registered in the state for three years. Read the full ruling.
Trump's sons are also impacted: Meanwhile, Trump's adult sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, have been ordered to pay $4 million for their personal profits from the fraud and are barred from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation for two years. Two former Trump Organization executives are permanently banned from running finances for New York businesses.
What happens next: Trump's attorney said he plans to appeal the decision. The trial in this case has served as a precursor to the four criminal trials Trump faces this year as he campaigns to regain the presidency.
Totally normal. "Only the best people, folks, only the best." Have you heard about the laptop? From hell?
Judge says that Michael Cohen "told the truth"
Judge Arthur Engoron recapped Michael Cohen's theatrical trial testimony, acknowledging Cohen's credibility issues but saying he ultimately believed him.
"Michael Cohen told the truth," the judge wrote of Donald Trump's former lawyer. "Although the animosity between the witness and the defendant is palpable, providing Cohen with an incentive to lie, the Court found his testimony credible, based on the relaxed manner in which he testified, the general plausibility of his statements, and, most importantly, the way his testimony was corroborated by other trial evidence."
Engoron pushed back on Trump's narrative that Cohen was a star witness for the attorney general's office.
"Michael Cohen was an important witness on behalf of the plaintiff, although hardly the linchpin that defendants have attempted to portray him to be," Engoron said.
The judge said the testimony from Trump's former fixer was compromised by his previous perjury plea in another case and some "seeming contradictions" in what he said at this trial, but Engoron believed Cohen when he testified that "Trump did not expressly direct him to reverse engineer financial statements, he ordered him to do so indirectly, in his 'mob voice.'"
Trump found liable for multiple fraud counts in New York civil case
Judge Arthur Engoron found Donald Trump liable for issuing false financial statements, falsifying business records, and conspiracy, all part of a lawsuit filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James.
James accused Trump and his co-defendants of fraudulently inflating the value of his assets to obtain more favorable loan and insurance rates.
Remember: Before the three-month-long trial started, Engoron had already found Trump and his co-defendants liable for persistent and repeated fraud.
Trump has been ordered to pay $438 million this year in fraud and defamation cases
udge Arthur Engoron hit Donald Trump with his biggest punishment to date Friday, in a ruling that fined the former president nearly $355 million for fraudulently inflating the values of his properties.
The dollar amount dwarfed the verdict against Trump issued last month in the defamation case brought by E. Jean Carroll — an $83 million judgment — hitting home just how much the New York attorney general’s civil fraud case threatens Trump’s business empire.
Engoron found Trump liable for fraud, conspiracy, issuing false financial statements, and falsifying business records, barring him from serving as director of a company in New York for three years.
While the judge pulled back from trying to dissolve the Trump Organization altogether, Engoron issued a blistering 93-page opinion that painted the former president as unremorseful and highly likely to commit fraud again.
"This Court finds that defendants are likely to continue their fraudulent ways unless the Court grants significant injunctive relief,” Engoron wrote.
2 former Trump Org executives permanently banned from running finances for New York businesses
Judge Arthur Engoron found former Trump Organization chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg and former controller Jeffrey McConney liable for multiple civil fraud counts in New York, including issuing false financial statements, falsifying business records, insurance fraud and conspiracy.
He permanently banned Weisselberg and McConney from serving in the financial control function of any New York corporation or business, and banned them from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation for three years.
Weisselberg was also fined $1 million in the ruling.
Trump’s adult sons are barred from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation for 2 years
Donald Trump’s adult sons, Eric and Donald Trump Jr., are barred from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation for two years.
Meanwhile, the former president is barred from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in the state for three years.
Wasn't too long ago that we had posters claiming that none of this mattered, that it wasn't serious enough of a crime and that they were concerned about the "political" optics of it. How about the legal optics of it? Who on here has told their realtor, bank or insurance company that their house is worth 400% more than houses of comparable size, features, etc., in their neighborhood? Anyone? Or knowingly falsified tax returns and/or loan applications with such bullshit? Anyone? Anyone sign anything that has a clear financial impact to your personal finances under the threat of committing perjury without reading them, like bank loan applications, insurance enrollment applications, etc.? Anyone?
Keep sending those checks. Suckers.
Judge knocks Trump for valuation of Mar-a-Lago
Judge Arthur Engoron cited Donald Trump’s valuation of Mar-a-Lago on his financial statements as one of the properties where the former president committed fraud — while also chiding the former president for claiming his Florida resort was worth more than $1 billion.
Engoron wrote that Trump’s 2002 deed gave away the right to use Mar-a-Lago as a single-family residence, meaning that Trump paid significantly lower property taxes and that it could not be valued as highly as he claimed.
"Nonetheless, Donald Trump insisted that he believed Mar-a-Lago is worth 'between a billion and a billion five' today, which would require not only valuing it as a private residence, which the deed prohibits, but as more than the most expensive private residence listed in the country by approximately 400%,” Engoron wrote.
In a footnote, Engoron noted of Trump and the deed: "A fact of which he is well aware, having signed the deed himself."
“There is no legal gray area surrounding the permanent nature of the deed restrictions,” Engoron later wrote in his ruling. "Accordingly, there can be no mistake that Donald Trump’s valuation of Mar-a-Lago from 2011-2021 was fraudulent.”

Summary and Introduction provided by the judge in his ruling. Poor The Dumb One, he just gets to be known by his full name.
SUMMARY
Donald Trump and entities he controls own many valuable properties, including office buildings,
hotels, and golf courses. Acquiring and developing such properties required huge amounts of
cash. Accordingly, the entities borrowed from banks and other lenders. The lenders required
personal guarantees from Donald Trump, which were based on statements of financial condition
compiled by accountants that Donald Trump engaged. The accountants created these
“compilations” based on data submitted by the Trump entities. In order to borrow more and at
lower rates, defendants submitted blatantly false financial data to the accountants, resulting in
fraudulent financial statements. When confronted at trial with the statements, defendants’ fact
and expert witnesses simply denied reality, and defendants failed to accept responsibility or to
impose internal controls to prevent future recurrences. As detailed herein, this Court now finds
defendants liable, continues the appointment of an Independent Monitor, orders the installation
of an Independent Director of Compliance, and limits defendants’ right to conduct business in
New York for a few years.
INDEX NO. 452564/2022
NYSCEF DOC. NO. 1688 RECEIVED NYSCEF: 02/16/2024
1 of 9
INTRODUCTION
In this civil action, plaintiff, the People of the State of New York, by Letitia James, Attorney
General of the State of New York, seeks monetary penalties and injunctive relief against Donald
John Trump (“Donald Trump”) (the former president of the United States); Donald Trump, Jr.
(“Donald Trump, Jr.” or “Trump, Jr.”) and Eric Trump (two of his sons); Allen Weisselberg and
Jeffrey McConney (two former employees of defendant The Trump Organization, Inc.); and
various real estate holding entities. Plaintiff essentially alleges (1) that the individual defendants
violated New York Executive Law § 63(12) by submitting false financial statements to banks
and insurance companies to obtain better rates on loans and insurance coverage; and (2) that the
holding entities are liable for the individual defendants’ misdeeds. Defendants (1) allege that the
statements were completely or substantially correct; and (2) crow that the borrowers paid back
all loans fully and on time.
In the subsequent six decades, the State has toughened the statute. In Laws of 1965, Chapter
666, the definitions of the words “fraud” and “fraudulent” were expanded to include “any device,
scheme or artifice to defraud and any deception, misrepresentation, concealment, false pretence
[sic], false promise or unconscionable contractual provisions.”
They should serve prison time. Walking, talking FRAUD Family.
In February 2014, Dillon’s firm once again engaged Cushman & Wakefield to appraise
Briarcliff. PX 158. In April 2014, Cushman & Wakefield submitted a written appraisal to
Dillon, valuing the hypothetical 71-unit development at Briarcliff at $43.3 million. PX 3194; TT
2687.
Dillon confirmed that it would have been her practice to share the values with her client along
the way. TT 2687. Notwithstanding, beginning in November 2015, Eric Trump instructed
McConney to leave the value of the 71 units at just over $101 million. PX 742, 758, 843. TT
3378-3379. He continued to do this for the 2016, 2017, and 2018 SFCs.
By at least June 2014, Dillon became aware that the Trump Organization’s rights to build units at
Briarcliff had been reduced from 71 units to 31 units. PX 3261; TT 2701-2702.
Notwithstanding, the supporting data for every SFC from 2015-2021 values Briarcliff as if it had
the right to build 71 units, and, indeed, explicitly states: “Sale of 71 Mid-Rise units approved.”
PX 731, 742, 758, 774, 843, 857, 1501.
Totally normal business behavior folks. In fact, so normal I encourage you to do it.
Claudia Markarian
Claudia Markarian, previously Claudia Mouradian, was an underwriter at Zurich Insurance from
2010-2020. PX 3324 at 7-10. During the period from late 2017 through 2020, she worked on
the Trump Organization account as an underwriter for the commercial surety program. PX 3324
at 8, 18. Markarian worked with the insurance brokerage firm AON during her time working on
the Trump Organization account. PX 3324 at 18.
Markarian recalled that when reviewing the Trump financials for her underwriting
responsibilities, she was prohibited from retaining a copy of any financials, and she was only
permitted to view them at Trump Tower with Allen Weisselberg or Jeffrey McConney, or both, in the room at all times. Markarian testified that this was a “rare requirement by a customer.”
PX 3324 at 17-18, 24-25, 58-59.
During these on-site reviews at the Trump Organization, which occurred in late 2018 and early
2020, Markarian was shown the 2018 and 2019 SFCs, respectively, which listed as assets real
estate holdings with valuations that Allen Weisselberg represented to Markarian had been
determined each year by an outside professional appraisal firm. PX 1561, 1552, 3324 at 25-32.
Markarian considered Weisselberg’s representation, which she recorded in her contemporaneous
notes, to be favorable and an indication that the valuations were reliable. PX 1561, 1552, 3324
at 51-75. Notwithstanding Weisselberg’s explicit representation to Markarian, the Trump
Organization never retained a professional appraisal firm to prepare any of the property
valuations for the 2018 and 2019 SFCs. TT 952-955.
This is how its done. +227M, we should all be so fortunate.
During the period of 2012-2016, the Trump Organization hired Cushman & Wakefield to
appraise 40 Wall Street, as required under the terms of another lending agreement. Doug Larson,
of Cushman & Wakefield, was the primary contact on this project, and McConney was the
Trump Organization’s conduit for all 40 Wall Street appraisals. TT 668-669. As part of these appraisals, Larson included cap rate calculations that he viewed as appropriate for the specifics
of the property. On the valuations for the SFCs for the corresponding subject years, McConney
selected cap rates that were lower than those that Doug Larson selected.
13
The supporting
spreadsheets for the same time period credit Doug Larson as the source for the chosen cap rates,
notwithstanding that the rates were much lower than those that appeared in Larson’s appraisals.
When questioned about the difference, McConney admitted that when choosing the lower cap
rate, he relied on a generic marketing report that Cushman & Wakefield emailed a large
customer base that was derived from data not specific, or even closely related, to 40 Wall Street.
TT 660-681, 4995, 5101-5102. McConney further admitted that he made no attempt to adjust
the numbers to reflect more accurately the value of 40 Wall Street when he was selecting cap
rates. TT 681-682.
Footnote #13 to the above paragraph:
13 Cap rates have an extraordinary effect on the value of a property, and the higher the cap rate, the lower
the value. In a single year, McConney selected a cap rate of 3.04% that resulted in a $227 million dollar
increase in the value of a property as compared to the appraisal’s cap rate of 4.25%. TT 660-664, 678-
679.
Its always the bookkeeper. Next up, Alan Weaselberg:
Allen Weisselberg
Allen Weisselberg was the CFO of the Trump Organization from 2002 until he was placed on
leave in October 2022, after pleading guilty to 15 criminal counts of tax fraud and falsification of
business records at the Trump Organization. TT 790; PX 1751, 3041. In that same vein, his
testimony in this trial was intentionally evasive, with large gaps of “I don’t remember.” He
conceded that his Separation Agreement, on which he is still apparently awaiting four payments,
prohibits him from voluntarily cooperating with any entity “adverse” to the Trump Organization
or its former or current employees. PX 1751. That alone renders his testimony highly
unreliable. The Trump Organization keeps Weisselberg on a short leash, and it shows.
he wins the election, then what? Engoron and Cohen winds up like Navalny and trump seizes control of Fort Knox and the fed bank in NY?
That is the likely future.

Judge says that Michael Cohen "told the truth"
Judge Arthur Engoron recapped Michael Cohen's theatrical trial testimony, acknowledging Cohen's credibility issues but saying he ultimately believed him.

SUMMARY
Donald Trump and entities he controls own many valuable properties, including office buildings, hotels, and golf courses. Acquiring and developing such properties required huge amounts of cash. Accordingly, the entities borrowed from banks and other lenders. The lenders required personal guarantees from Donald Trump, which were based on statements of financial condition compiled by accountants that Donald Trump engaged. The accountants created these “compilations” based on data submitted by the Trump entities. In order to borrow more and at lower rates, defendants submitted blatantly false financial data to the accountants, resulting in fraudulent financial statements. When confronted at trial with the statements, defendants’ fact and expert witnesses simply denied reality, and defendants failed to accept responsibility or to impose internal controls to prevent future recurrences. As detailed herein, this Court now finds defendants liable, continues the appointment of an Independent Monitor, orders the installation of an Independent Director of Compliance, and limits defendants’ right to conduct business in New York for a few years. INDEX NO. 452564/2022 NYSCEF DOC. NO. 1688 RECEIVED NYSCEF: 02/16/2024 1 of 9
INTRODUCTION
In this civil action, plaintiff, the People of the State of New York, by Letitia James, Attorney General of the State of New York, seeks monetary penalties and injunctive relief against Donald John Trump (“Donald Trump”) (the former president of the United States); Donald Trump, Jr. (“Donald Trump, Jr.” or “Trump, Jr.”) and Eric Trump (two of his sons); Allen Weisselberg and Jeffrey McConney (two former employees of defendant The Trump Organization, Inc.); and various real estate holding entities. Plaintiff essentially alleges (1) that the individual defendants violated New York Executive Law § 63(12) by submitting false financial statements to banks and insurance companies to obtain better rates on loans and insurance coverage; and (2) that the holding entities are liable for the individual defendants’ misdeeds. Defendants (1) allege that the statements were completely or substantially correct; and (2) crow that the borrowers paid back all loans fully and on time.

In the subsequent six decades, the State has toughened the statute. In Laws of 1965, Chapter 666, the definitions of the words “fraud” and “fraudulent” were expanded to include “any device, scheme or artifice to defraud and any deception, misrepresentation, concealment, false pretence [sic], false promise or unconscionable contractual provisions.”

In February 2014, Dillon’s firm once again engaged Cushman & Wakefield to appraise Briarcliff. PX 158. In April 2014, Cushman & Wakefield submitted a written appraisal to Dillon, valuing the hypothetical 71-unit development at Briarcliff at $43.3 million. PX 3194; TT 2687.
Dillon confirmed that it would have been her practice to share the values with her client along the way. TT 2687. Notwithstanding, beginning in November 2015, Eric Trump instructed McConney to leave the value of the 71 units at just over $101 million. PX 742, 758, 843. TT 3378-3379. He continued to do this for the 2016, 2017, and 2018 SFCs.
By at least June 2014, Dillon became aware that the Trump Organization’s rights to build units at Briarcliff had been reduced from 71 units to 31 units. PX 3261; TT 2701-2702. Notwithstanding, the supporting data for every SFC from 2015-2021 values Briarcliff as if it had the right to build 71 units, and, indeed, explicitly states: “Sale of 71 Mid-Rise units approved.” PX 731, 742, 758, 774, 843, 857, 1501.

Claudia Markarian
Claudia Markarian, previously Claudia Mouradian, was an underwriter at Zurich Insurance from 2010-2020. PX 3324 at 7-10. During the period from late 2017 through 2020, she worked on the Trump Organization account as an underwriter for the commercial surety program. PX 3324 at 8, 18. Markarian worked with the insurance brokerage firm AON during her time working on the Trump Organization account. PX 3324 at 18.
Markarian recalled that when reviewing the Trump financials for her underwriting responsibilities, she was prohibited from retaining a copy of any financials, and she was only permitted to view them at Trump Tower with Allen Weisselberg or Jeffrey McConney, or both, in the room at all times. Markarian testified that this was a “rare requirement by a customer.” PX 3324 at 17-18, 24-25, 58-59.
During these on-site reviews at the Trump Organization, which occurred in late 2018 and early 2020, Markarian was shown the 2018 and 2019 SFCs, respectively, which listed as assets real estate holdings with valuations that Allen Weisselberg represented to Markarian had been determined each year by an outside professional appraisal firm. PX 1561, 1552, 3324 at 25-32. Markarian considered Weisselberg’s representation, which she recorded in her contemporaneous notes, to be favorable and an indication that the valuations were reliable. PX 1561, 1552, 3324 at 51-75. Notwithstanding Weisselberg’s explicit representation to Markarian, the Trump Organization never retained a professional appraisal firm to prepare any of the property valuations for the 2018 and 2019 SFCs. During the period of 2012-2016, the Trump Organization hired Cushman & Wakefield to appraise 40 Wall Street, as required under the terms of another lending agreement. Doug Larson, of Cushman & Wakefield, was the primary contact on this project, and McConney was the Trump Organization’s conduit for all 40 Wall Street appraisals. TT 668-669. As part of these appraisals, Larson included cap rate calculations that he viewed as appropriate for the specifics of the property. On the valuations for the SFCs for the corresponding subject years, McConney selected cap rates that were lower than those that Doug Larson selected. 13 The supporting spreadsheets for the same time period credit Doug Larson as the source for the chosen cap rates, notwithstanding that the rates were much lower than those that appeared in Larson’s appraisals. When questioned about the difference, McConney admitted that when choosing the lower cap rate, he relied on a generic marketing report that Cushman & Wakefield emailed a large customer base that was derived from data not specific, or even closely related, to 40 Wall Street. TT 660-681, 4995, 5101-5102. McConney further admitted that he made no attempt to adjust the numbers to reflect more accurately the value of 40 Wall Street when he was selecting cap rates. TT 681-682.
Footnote #13 to the above paragraph:
13 Cap rates have an extraordinary effect on the value of a property, and the higher the cap rate, the lower the value. In a single year, McConney selected a cap rate of 3.04% that resulted in a $227 million dollar increase in the value of a property as compared to the appraisal’s cap rate of 4.25%. TT 660-664, 678- 679.

Allen Weisselberg
Allen Weisselberg was the CFO of the Trump Organization from 2002 until he was placed on leave in October 2022, after pleading guilty to 15 criminal counts of tax fraud and falsification of business records at the Trump Organization. TT 790; PX 1751, 3041. In that same vein, his testimony in this trial was intentionally evasive, with large gaps of “I don’t remember.” He conceded that his Separation Agreement, on which he is still apparently awaiting four payments, prohibits him from voluntarily cooperating with any entity “adverse” to the Trump Organization or its former or current employees. PX 1751. That alone renders his testimony highly unreliable. The Trump Organization keeps Weisselberg on a short leash, and it shows.
