Does it show you 'Won' tickets under the 'My Tickets' page? If so then you're probably all good and 10C should be able to sort it out.

Yes, and took my $500 back in Jan.  I got both Wrigley shows.

I had the same problem.  It must have been because I created a new TM Account Manager account, with a different email address than my 10 club account.  Once I changed it, and got a new password that was in the correct format, my tickets were there.  Now I have 2 different Account Manager accounts, but I do have my tickets.
