"Refund Button"?

The email we received from 10C said to click on the "Refund Button" on the my tickets page for the cancelled London show, however I can't seem to find it. Anyone else having this problem? Just want to make sure it's not just me. Thanks. - Mike

    I heard you have to be on a computer to have access and not on mobile.

    I heard you have to be on a computer to have access and not on mobile. 
    That's what I figured, but I'm on my computer and still no button to be found. Perhaps it only works on certain browsers? I use Microsoft Edge.

    Got it! The button showed up on Mozilla Firefox. It works for some browsers so just a heads up.

    It worked for me on Safari, but didn't show up in Chrome on a Mac.

    Same here - I'm on my PC and there is NO Refund button...
    I was alone and far away when I heard the band start playing!

    ...I was always a DeadHead, but when I first heard Winston Rodney, aka the Burning Spear, sing, I became a SpearHead too!

    OK I found the refund button when I logged in on Safari, does NOT work when I logged in on Chrome

    So if you log in on safari on your phone it still doesn't show up, is that right?

    Refund button Appeared on PC! Felt extremely disappointed about seeking refund! Damn you work and unreasonable boss!
