10c tickets?

does anyone know if when u pick up your fan club tickets at will call is it 10c person are is it someone that works at venue? Was at the tampa show and heard their were major issues with tickets getting mixed up or lost.

    Not sure. It's probably a person who works at the theater. I don't think there were any problems at the boston shows at least. Honestly, there were VERY FEW 10c tickets to begin with. There were 2 lines for the first and second halves of the alphabet. There seemed to be two little boxes for the second half of the alphabet. the guy didn't even really have to look for mine!

    I think the person last night worked at the venue, not 100% sure though. The 10c window was separate from Ticketmaster and there was no issue whatsoever... handed over my ID, got my tickets, walked away happy ;)
