1 10c ticket for NJPAC show tonight

Hi there, I have a 10c ticket for tonight's show for whatever I paid for it, I think it was $83.50 (friend cancelled last minute). PM me if you're interested and include top 3 reasons why you are cool since we do have to sit next to each other for at least 2 hours or more!
Here are some prerequisites:
1. No talking when Ed's onstage
2. No sloppy drunks. I will get genuinely pissed off if you spill beer on my feet, keep getting up to go get beer and fall all over the place. If that happens, I'll ask that you give me my money back and leave immediately (yes, seriously). I will not get mad if you have a couple of drinks here and there and behave like a civilized human being.
3. No yelling uncool stuff at Ed. This will have the same consequences as #2
Planning to leave midtown around 6:00, not sure what that translates into getting there (maybe like 7:00?)
