I am guessing that OP is a casual user of this site. Otherwise he would be more familiar with Steve Gleason's connection with the band over the years - interview at the release of Lightning Bolt, Voodoo Fest, the ice bucket challenge videos, and the soundtrack and their appearance at the screening for his documentary come to mind among others. Deleting his post suggests to me that now that he has been made aware of why they showed that trailer, he regrets his remarks. Without that information, it would seem unusual to see that at a concert but perhaps the lesson here is that, rather then go immediately negative and think the band is selling out, ask yourself why the band thought it was important to show you that and check into it.

I agree, I think this thread should be closed. It was not a good one, and find it hard to believe the OP really knew what they were talking about. Hopefully the OP is more aware now.
