Jazz Fest poster arrived damaged. Anyone else have experience?

Sadly, my Jazz Fest poster arrived damaged. Tube came bent and poster inside was slightly crushed. First time this has happened to me when purchasing posters through the 10c. What usually happens?

Nothing, 10C doesn't care what happens during shipment.

They say all poster sales are "As-Is".....even though nobody is knowingly buying a poster they expect to be anything other than mint!

I think it depends if they have any held back or not. Can't hurt to contact shipping/SLH and inquire. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt first as they have taken care of 10c members in the past when they can

File a claim with USPS, you should get the value of the poster and shipping back. Then enjoy your slightly damaged print for free.

10C doesn't send posters insured.
