$76 for the Sheraton New York for MSG dates!!!

Just searched Hotwire and found a $76 rate for a 4-star hotel in Times Square North. I ended up getting it for the nights of both shows, May 1st and 2nd, and got the Sheraton New York off 7th Ave. $198 after fees for both nights, CAN'T BEAT IN MANHATTAN.

    I need an extra day so I couldn't get the same $76 rate, but did find a decent rate and booked on Hotwire.

    It only works for the nights of May 1 & 2. I couldn't find it either when I was looking for 4 nights as monkeewrench mentioned.

    Nice score. Wish this was available for additional nights because I'll be getting into town Friday and when I search for four nights, that rate, or anything close, doesn't come up.

    I pulled the trigger....I chose it for 3 people and that should ensure 2 beds....it bumped the rate up to $97. Still what I was looking for -- thanks!

    click hot deals or whatever it says the tab on the top left.. or middle left maybe.. otherwise it just gives you actual hotels and prices

    Yep. I dunno man. Maybe they ran out. Although I don't think it shows you the name until you book so don't filter for Sheraton.

    you gotta click the hot deals tab thats their blind option- you wont see the hotel name

    If you don't see it, they may run out. When you book through hotwire, you're booking at a very low rate without knowing the name of the hotel until after you pay. That's the gimmick. I use it all the time, gotta check the recommendations.

    As for two beds, since your rate is so low, usually it only comes with 1 bed. If you call a few days before your stay and ask for two beds, they will try to accommodate for free, or sometimes they ask for an extra $20 a night in my experiences.

    I needed April 30 thru May 3rd and was given a rate of $130/night (plus taxes & fees).

    60$ parking... still 318$ total for 2 nights room and parking is a steal. We are saving the hilton points we were gonna use in NY and use them toward boston and chicago. Big thanks for posting...

    I just booked it for $96/night, $250 for 2 nights after taxes and fees, still cheaper than the hostel I had booked. Thanks for posting!

    SUVs are generally $10-20 more a night ... but you're right on the whole it's a sweet deal and NOT the hotel penn ;)

    Thanks again to the OP. Excited to stay in an actual hotel instead of the "hotel" I had booked that had shared bathrooms.
