Just not the 3/5/98 show that we all already have. I'd love soundboards of the first two Melbourne shows.

Oh I'm guessing you're looking for like an official vinyl of it. I'm not a vinyl guy so I'm always hoping for vault releases to be something we don't have soundboards of.

    I kind of agree.

Hopefully a Jack Irons show will be released.

Soooooo, are we expecting a special release today? A super deluxe edition of Yield. A big box like they did with the first 3 albums? At least a full 98 concert? Anything??? Pretty please?????

Amen. Anything from 1996 or early 1998 would be great.

Happy B-Day Yield! I was lucky enough to see it played in it's entirety in Milwaukee. Man we're all getting old! So which "kid" has the next birthday?

We obviously have concert chronologies and all that, but...

How cool would a daily calendar format be? List some of the classic shows, release dates for all the albums, official bootlegs, singles, side projects, etc... Other things too like band member birthdays, first/last days of the various drummers, etc.

I love this album...GTF is probably my least favorite song on Yield if that tells you anything.

I'm not crying but this album came to me at a time when I really needed it. I quit my job and started my own business in 1998 and this album was my soundtrack. It puts me right back in 1998.

I remember it replaced Down on the Upside in my CD player. Another great album.

I was 13 when Yield came out. I knew of PJ before Yield, but this album is what made me the diehard fan I’ve been for 25 years. Low Light was my favorite song for a long time, it may be Wishlist now (a line of which is tattooed on my arm.) Yield remains my favorite album of any band of all time to this day. So happy this record exists.
words seem so out of place.

Agreed. I just finished listening to the album, and also really love All Those Yesterdays. I hadn't paid a lot of attention to that song until recently.

My college class had traveled to the Everglades for a 10-day canoe trip to observe the ecology and wilderness there (nominee for best class ever?!?). We'd packed in ten days worth of food, etc and overnighted at a base camp before pushing off into the water. Unfortunately, a tropical storm not-so-unexpectedly blew in and the trip got scuttled. Some buddies and I made the best of it and pit-stopped in Miami on our trek back north. The next day - Yield release day - I coerced them into stopping by a record store so I could pick up a copy of the new album. Needless to say Yield was played a few times on the way home, and is still in my rotation 25 years later. Viva la Pearl Jam!!
