No. When you enter a 10C lottery, it is to buy, not for an opportunity to buy (your credit card will be charged immediately). 10C tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
My recommendation for people who want to go in a group or if they arent sure they can make/afford a show is to buy from TM rather than 10C. Some of the conversation around here makes it seem like 10C is the only way to get tickets, but that's not the case.

Plus, you'd have to only opt for GA tix through 10C at any rate, since seats are assigned, so 4 people are likely not going to be seated next to each other anyway. If all of you want GA though, I'd just go for it and hope for the best. You might all get GA tix (this is actually pretty likely if you're not in a high demand market). 10C is the only way to get GA pit tix, so it's an all or nothing thing. If being 100% sure of being together at the show is a priority, your ONLY option is ticketmaster. There are other maybe-options too though. Perhaps if 2 of you get GA and 2 of you get seats, you can find a trade with another member who decided they prefer seats (and are okay with not knowing where the seats are until the day of the show). But that is far from guaranteed. It's not easy to find people willing to give up GA. Or if all 4 of you get 10C reserved seats, then perhaps once you get into the venue, choose the worse seats of the pair, and give the better pair to the 2 people next to you. No one's going to refuse your better pair of seats .... Simple, haha.

Last year I had to get TM tickets for Brooklyn 2 cuz I had a group of six. In the building is better than not in the building.
Yep. I've TM'd 8 of the 12 shows I've been to, usually because it's been more than me & one other person. Have never had a bad time no matter where the seats fell.
