What are the oft forgotten bootleg years for you?

I'd say the 2006 tour is the only cycle of officially released shows I haven't completely dug into. I remember downloading a bunch of the US dates where they opened for Tom Petty. Would love to check out the EUR/AUS shows. So....what tour cycle do you forget about?

    '00, '03, and '06.

I spend way too much time Listening to Gorge '05 or the more recent 3 hour epic bootlegs. I have listenend to many of the older ones. I only saw the first two shows of the '05 tour but I love that tour. I've also been spending time listening to older shows via unofficial boots.

Agreed about 2000. The sound seems very off.

Torino 9-17 I believe. Great sounding show. Actually has become one of my favorite boots for most of the ST songs. I agree with mcgruff10 on 2009. For me that was the weakest the band has sounded. That being said, a weak PJ sounding tour is still pretty fucking awesome. I just prefer other years live. Obviously there are some great shows and not as great shows from every year.

Edit: There are a couple other amazing 06' shows also. Check out Spain, 9-01 and Italy, 9-16.

I completely agree with this. I haven't listened to these in a while though.

2000 and 2003. I really only listen to the Chicago shows from those tours on a regular basis. But I've been downloading a bunch of shows from those tours the past week or two, and will start getting them into my rotation soon.

  • I haven't revisited 2005 very often. OP dig into 2006, there are some really solid performances that tour. I want to say RVM from around the Washington DC show sticks out to me. One of those shows.
