Something About Hartford

In listening to some bootleg recordings of past Hartford shows including last October's performance I've noticed there seems to be something special about the shows in Hartford. Would love to hear some feedback from some that have been to these incredible shows. I know the band seemed blown away by the crowd last year.

It's a mixing ground of New York and Boston fans, people just go crazy. :)>-

I went to Hartford last year. I had heard the boot from 2010 and read the threads on here and decided I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally wanted to be in that building. Luckily someone from here was kind enough to trade with me - which I am eternally grateful for cuz it was a genuinely memorable experience. I think it might be cuz the venue is a little bit smaller than others, but for sure I think it has something to do with the loud ass people travelling from NY and Boston. :)

It starts off as any show would, but it seems that the band and crowd really hit it off here. The building is dingy looking, it smells, and is completely outdated, but there is this feel to it that unites. Wondful fans to fill the place make thosemlasttwo shows fantastic ones.

    I've done 96, 98, 06, 08 and 13. I missed 2010 because of a wedding.

I will do a longer write up later...I'm on my phone right now.
