Where to Party in Stockholm?

Arriving from Chicago on Thursday before the show. Staying at the Marriott Courtyard Kungsholmen.

Where is a good place to go Friday night to hang out? A good pub? Not a "club" person.

Also, pre-show beers on Saturday? Is there a place near the arena?

    buy beer and sit by the waterside on Djurgarden, Kungsholmen or Skeppsholmen...doesnt matter...nothing better..especially in june when the sun hangs around till the a.m. hours up north..the place is ALIVE believe me :-)

    ..arena is outside of the city...they built it a couple years ago..the metro runs there

    Thanks. Yeah, I plan on taking the Metro to the arena. I was lucky to get GA so I'm going out early.

    Can anyone recommend a good pub in/near Kungsholmen for Friday night? Maybe one in which lovely Swedish females might enjoy a chat with a single guy from Chicago?

    How about Kvarnen? This seems like an authentic Stockholm pub?

    I don't know why the Stockholm and Oslo threads aren't getting any love... I'll be there, so any place other fans are going to be is fine with me. The website for this place makes it look pretty decent..
